The Rules Book 1997-2000

This pocket reference book, covering the rules by race situation, contains the full text of the 1997-2000 rules. Instead of examining the rules in turn and discussing which situation(s) each governs, the book assumes a race situation and then looks at which rules apply. The reader can then work their way around the course from the start, to the windward mark, offwind legs to the finish, studying all the situations which can arise.
