Face Off

What you have in your hands is not a poetry book. Not much in here is soothing or pretty. The biggest fear that we have in life (at least besides death) is the fear of facing our own selves, our own desires and our own shortcomings, "that person in the mirror". Also the difference between criminals (sinners?) and non criminals is how we control our urges and impulses. In the ancient times, religions were invented to keep the members of society in check, thus the idea of sin and goodness, the god and the devil. Too bad that today, in these "enlightened" times both the secular and the non-secular are willing and working to destroy the "society" for their own causes.
