U.S.A.F. veteran, retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Paranormal Investigator/Researcher Dave Spinks has compiled and investigated hundreds of cryptids, hauntings and UFO cases, within the state of West Virginia, based on eyewitness accounts and sightings.
