Derry Bly is up in the air after her boyfriend cheated on her and she moves back to Happy Rock, Colorado. Her sister, Brynn, recommends her for a nanny job with Knox Verdi.

Knox has been having sex with a woman for almost three years, but she turns up pregnant and wants to get an abortion. That sours him, because she's carrying his baby. With his brother Stew's help, he draws up a contract for her to sign and agrees to pay her $50-K if she’ll carry the baby to term.

She agrees, but a few months later, she tells Knox she’s expecting triplets and she's not happy about it.

Derry is left to ready the house for the babies, as Knox heads off to Italy for work. He also forgets his phone.

By the time he returns, the babies are almost seven weeks old and they think Derry is their mother. Knox was attracted to Derry before, but watching her with his babies staggers him. Things heat up between them a month later. Another month passes and Derry takes the kids down to her sister Brynn's house on County Road 6. Knox goes ballistic and fires her for taking the stroller down the road on Sunday.

Derry wants her Nanny job back, but Knox wants to marry her. Derry turns down his proposal, because she wants her nanny job back.

Brynn solves the problem by arresting Knox for trespassing to take photos of sheep, with the babies. At his arraignment, the sheep owner agrees he's been using the road for years to move his sheep. The judge throws out the case.

How's that going to work out for Derry and Knox?
