Do the Work: Let's Heal

The state of the world, during this pandemic, has forced many of us to sit down and stay put. With this stillness, traumas, discomforts, and other buried things have risen to the surface. The result? Many of us are now trying to heal from things too long suppressed. In Do the Work: Let's Heal, you will learn a little bit about me and my healing journey as a way to dive into your own journey. You will open your mind to take a deep dive into doing the internal work (and some journaling) so that you can heal and grow into a higher version of yourself.
