The Psalms of My Soul A Late Night Talk with God

The Psalms of My Soul is a book full of diverse styles of poetry. This project initially began as a daily journal exercise. It was a means of capturing personal views and sacred thoughts through metaphoric words and stories. Overtime it evolved into a one-of-a kind collection.

In this book, you will find psalms of transparent confessions, admissions, thanksgiving, gratitude and appreciation. This publication comes in the form of a late night conversation with God. My aim is to present a visual display that demonstrates how God communicates.

This book is split into five 3 hour fragments. The story begins at night to represent a soul being lost in a path of darkness. But as the night proceeds, the soul grows closer to God and find's deliverance by the end of their time. This read is for any and everyone including unbelievers, fallen soldiers and anyone who may need encouragement. It is my hope and prayer that those who read it find peace, love, and comfort through my written poetry.
