Sadness In Stillness: A collection of intense, unhappy emotions alchemised into poetry.

'Sick to the pit of my stomach, Art is the anti-acid' Sadness in Stillness is a short chapbook of poetry written during the harsh environments of 2020; turning demons that haunted the writer into something beautiful to allow them to breathe in suffocating times. Consisting of 20 poems, Redfearn uses poetry to feel their emotions, understand their surroundings and externalise their impulses to make sense of things with little sense. These poems consist of subject matters such as sleepless nights, their struggle with the present moments that never seem to end and even religion.
