A teen living in the perfect world great best friend, an athlete, and the best GPA in the school. One night of lust on the wrong side of the tracks changes his life forever. From a life of football and riches to gangbanging and leaving people cold in ditches. Faced with betrayal and trying to decide who's loyal and who's deceitful leads him to a point of staring death in the eye or blaring red and blue lights. Will the football phenom make the right choice? Born in the projects raised in poverty yet never knowing the struggle. Raised in a family of four where other kids received toys we received books and bikes. Not being allowed to go outdoors much books were all that was left. After years of reading Ranetta grew to become fascinated with words and started writing short stories joining every young author and writing contest out. Finally at age 8 was given an award for a mother's day poem that opened a door to a poetic niche. Throughout the years she wrote and perfected her poems and soon became the "go to" person whenever someone needed a poem or a letter written. Waking up every morning to words dancing in her head there's no wonder she became a writer.
