Don't get too excited. Well, unless you are nerdy like I am about time management and all that kind of thing. This is yet another journaling book... only it's different. Over YEARS I have experimented with different ways of just getting things done and seeing forward movement in what I do. Eventually, there will be a companion book to these journals. I wanted to get started though. So what is it? Well, it's got lots of journaling ideas in there (don't write long, write short... oh and there're dots to help line things up). And there are review pages at the back, enough for about 6 months. And there are trackers. It's like two pages to the day, so you can journal morning and evening with slightly different questions, and plan out your day in accordance with wider plans.Ok, so the idea is simple. 1) You think about what you would like to achieve in around 100 days, and along with considering all those other things that have to happen in life (which you record in the monthly/weekly section at the beginning), you 2) break it down into smaller and smaller parts. Then you just hit each part each day. It's all quite unique to me, but I have found that as I explain this to people they get rather excited about it.Unfortunately, apart from the 'do everything in 20-minute slots' and the 'SMARTER', not SMART target setting, there's not much super new in here. Oh... there are the questions. I guess I make the questions unique for you to use as a review.Other minor innovations. The 10-day, 33-day and 100-day review pages and the SMARTER tracking pages are at the back of the book so that first, they are easier to find. And second, so that if you find you sometimes flow onto following pages with all your thinking (i.e. over one double-page spread) then you can without suddenly bumping into review pages. Which is another small innovation: I've made the text which asks you daily prompt questions lighter so you can write straight over it if you need that extra note-taking space. Please remember, this is only version 1.0. I will update this as I get some feedback, so PLEASE do so!!Oh...and at some point there will be illustrations and quotes and useful resources being added as we go along... plus the full guide how I run things.
